5. Token Purchases & Payments

  • Tokens purchased on the site are non-refundable.

  • Tokens may be used to tip performers or unlock premium content.

  • Performers receive a percentage of the token value based on the payout agreement.

  • Attempted chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in a permanent ban and legal action.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All site content, branding, and design is protected by copyright.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or publicly display any material without written consent.


7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for:

  • Violating these Terms

  • Engaging in illegal or harmful behavior

  • Failing age or identity verification
